I was just looking at the results from the AF Grass Relays - Provo looks good, so do a lot of other Utah Valley teams (both Timp schools, Springville, of course Mt. View is always strong). It's cool to see so many good runners from one area.

That is okay because I haven't coached at Provo for 3 years. However, I am the new Varsity boys coach at Bear River High, and your boys are toast!
