I thought I would have more time to update this... Turns out I was wrong!

Updated - forgot halloween, so rescheduled the week.

Am practices start up again at 6:00 on Monday.

Monday afternoon is 1000's/1600's

Tuesday is moderate distance

Wednesday is a Michigan

Thursday is Costume/Ice cream run (dress up and bring $1)

Friday is hard 800's/1000's

Saturday is long with some tempo
