Beginning Level - Level 2 are still on base building phase and each workout is just a run.

Level 3 is on Phase II which will consist of speed/hill workouts on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

Level 2 does some doubles this week - including the club run on Thursday evening.

Friday morning practice will be held at Middleton Park - 800 North 1700 East in Middleton
