Levels 1 and 2 are again working on Phase II (hills and speed).

Level 3 is moving onto the next stage - Phase III is possibly the most important of all xc training (long running and threshold running, done mostly on grass and dirt). On Monday you have 8x1000's - Tuesday you have cruise intervals (essentially 5K pace, so pretty hard) of 1m/2m/1m with .5m recovery jog - and Thursday you have fartleks of 2 mins/1 min/ and 30 secs.

Can you add 9 miles onto my July mileage. I ran out of time to blog it today but I ran. Thanks!
