Level 1 is moving into Phase II of training this week!

That means all groups will be working on hills and quick speed on Mon/Wed. Levels 1 and 2 will do the first number listed for each repeat and Level 3 will do the second number listed.

Club Run again on Thursday night 8:00 PM - we had a good turnout last week, let's keep it up!
